I’ve found the lessons useful overall, but sometimes the explanations move a little too quickly for me. I’ll understand the main idea, then suddenly get lost when it comes to the smaller steps in between. It’s definitely not bad, and I can see why people like it, but I do wish the teaching was a bit clearer in some parts. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I tried using Simply for a bit, but i didn’t really feel like I was making much progress. The lessons stayed basic for way too long, and I kept running into stuff I already knew, so it got kinda boring.

What bothered me most was that there wasn’t much clear feedback. Like, I couldn’t really tell what I was doing wrong or what I should focus on next. After a while it just felt like I was tapping through lessons instead of actually learning anything.
Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me it was just frustrating. I wanted to feel like I was getting somewhere, and I didn’t, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it for me.

I had to wait several days just to get a reply from support, and when they finally responded, it wasn’t very helpful. What made it more frustrating was that they kept pointing to “policy” as the reason they couldn’t do much, which felt like an excuse instead of actually trying to help. I didn’t have a great experience with this, honestly. I reached out to support because I needed help with an issue, and they took way too long to get back to me. I was checking my email a bunch because I was trying to get it sorted before the weekend, which made it even more frustrating. By the time I got a response, I was already over it. It works fine most of the time, like I can usually get done what I need without much trouble. But yeah, there were a couple random times where things just wouldn’t load right, and once the payment page completely froze on me, which was annoying. Support did get back to me eventually, so that was good, but it wasn’t exactly quick. So basically, it’s okay, just a bit rough around the edges

I tried giving this a fair shot, but I couldn’t find many of the songs I actually wanted to listen to. The library feels limited for my taste, and after searching around for a while, it just got frustrating. I tested the same headset on other apps and it worked fine there, so I’m not really sure what the issue is. It’s just frustrating when all you need is a simple call to work properly...

I tried using it on my older Samsung tablet, but it just wouldn’t load properly no matter what I did. I reached out to support and they told me my device isn’t supported, which was disappointing. Maybe I should’ve checked first, but I feel like it would be helpful if that was made more obvious

I signed up thinking this was going to save me time and actually help me get a plan together, but it felt thin for what they charge every month. I had set aside my evening to go through it and get things sorted, and it basically ruined my plans because most of what I found was stuff I probably could’ve Googled for free.
Maybe it’s useful for some people, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. I ended up cancelling and wishing I had looked a little closer at what was included before paying
